SAI (SPC Author Intelligence) is an artificial intelligence–powered author support platform developed by Sami Publishing Company (SPC) to assist authors throughout manuscript preparation and the pre-submission process.
SAI has been created with a clear objective: to help authors prepare higher-quality, more complete, and better submission-ready manuscripts for journals published by Sami Publishing Company.
Preparing a manuscript for submission involves much more than writing the research itself. Authors may encounter questions about journal selection, aims and scope, article types, manuscript structure, references, formatting, publication ethics, journal policies, required forms, and submission procedures.
SAI is designed to provide authors with intelligent assistance whenever such questions or problems arise.
Why SAI?
Authors may need support at different stages of preparing a manuscript. A question may arise while selecting a journal, preparing the manuscript, checking references, reviewing journal requirements, completing required documents, or carrying out the final checks before submission.
Instead of leaving authors to resolve all these issues independently, SAI provides a dedicated environment in which they can ask questions, identify potential problems, obtain guidance, and better understand the requirements of their selected SPC journal.

One of the important principles behind SAI is that different journals may have different requirements.
Authors can select the relevant SPC journal within SAI. The selected journal then becomes the active journal for journal-specific information and assistance.
Where official information is available, SAI can guide authors directly to important sections of the selected journal, including its Guide for Authors, Aims and Scope, Article Types, Reference Instructions, Publication Ethics, Peer Review Process, Article Processing Charges, Generative AI Policy, Publisher Policies, Indexing and Abstracting information, downloadable forms, registration, login, and contact information.
Wherever possible, SAI uses direct official links to the relevant journal section, rather than directing authors to a general homepage and requiring them to search for the information themselves.
Support Throughout Manuscript Preparation
SAI is intended to assist authors throughout the pre-submission journey.
An author may consult SAI when first considering an SPC journal, while preparing or revising a manuscript, when checking references, when reviewing journal-specific requirements, or during the final preparation before submission.
The principle is simple:

An important principle of SAI is the distinction between verified information and AI-generated assessment or recommendations.
Information should only be presented as verified when sufficient reliable evidence is available. Where verification is incomplete or uncertainty remains, SAI should communicate that uncertainty rather than presenting assumptions as confirmed facts.
Responsible Use of SAI
SAI is an author-support tool. It does not replace the author's responsibility for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and completeness of a manuscript.
SAI also does not replace journal policies, editorial assessment, peer review, or the decisions of editors and reviewers.
Authors should review the final manuscript and all submission materials carefully and consult the official policies and instructions of the selected journal whenever necessary.
The final responsibility for the content submitted to a journal remains with the author(s).
