Sami Publishing Company LLC is an independent scholarly publishing company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Sami Publishing Company is not currently owned, managed, controlled, sponsored, or governed by the Eurasian Chemistry Society. The Eurasian Chemistry Society has no current legal, financial, operational, technological, or editorial role in Sami Publishing Company or in the journals published by the company.

The previous cooperation between Sami Publishing Company and the Eurasian Chemistry Society was limited to the period from 2017 to 2020 and ended in 2020. Since the end of that cooperation, the Eurasian Chemistry Society has not participated in:

  • Ownership or management of Sami Publishing Company
  • Appointment or removal of journal editors
  • Selection of editorial board members
  • Manuscript submission or screening
  • Selection or appointment of peer reviewers
  • Peer-review administration
  • Acceptance or rejection of manuscripts
  • Journal financing or revenue
  • Publication scheduling
  • Journal website administration
  • DOI registration, metadata management, or archiving
  • Development or implementation of editorial policies

Sami Publishing Company independently owns, manages, finances, and operates its current journal portfolio. Each journal maintains editorial independence under the authority of its Editor-in-Chief and editorial board. Scientific and editorial decisions are made solely on the scholarly merit, originality, validity, ethical integrity, and relevance of submitted manuscripts.

The publisher provides financial, administrative, and technological support but does not interfere with peer review or decisions concerning manuscript acceptance or rejection.
